On March the 12th, 2022 we start our next workshop journey. From 10am-1:30pm we will meet online and you learn the most important facts about your cycle and how you can use this information to come into your power at work.

WORKSHOPS

Our workshops are for all companies. We address cycles in a targeted and goal-oriented way.

 

We live and work in Berlin. We currently offer the workshops online. Up to 12 employees* can participate. We also offer on-site training throughout Germany.

 

Our training: Natural. One cycle length. Spread over 4 weeks. 1x per week. 90min. This can be perfectly integrated into the daily work routine. On the job effect. What is learned is successfully applied directly at the workplace together with colleagues.

 

Individual adaptations to your company's own processes are possible.

We also offer day seminars and, if required, individual sessions as well.

Day 1 (1.5h):

 50min – Introduction of Biological Cycle

 20min - Questions + group activity

 

Day 2 (1,5h):

 30min - Dealing with cycle phase 1 "Winter" + exercises

 30min - Dealing with cycle phase 2 "Spring" + exercises

 30min - Questions + group activity

 

Day 3 (1,5h):

 30min - Dealing with cycle phase 3 'Summer' + exercises

 30min - Dealing with cycle phase 4 'Fall' + exercises

 30min – Questions + group activity

 

Day 4 (1,5h):

30min - Dealing with cycle phase 5 ,,late summer''

30min - Stress management for women + exercises 

30min - Questions + group activity
